Now that my sister lives a half a mile away from me, we walk together many weekday mornings.ย We meet at a halfway point in the neighborhood around 6am and this morning was so cold we thought our ears were going to fall off!ย Autumn has officially arrived, and with it come the closed-toe shoes!… Continue Reading Thursday
I have been hearing about ABLE Clothing for a long while. A U.S.-based sustainable fashion brand founded in 2010 that offers clothing in sizes XXS-3X, along with leather bags, and jewelry, ABLE is especially popular with Millennial influencers. But would it work for me, a middle-aged, short, soft, midsize woman? I decided to write an… Continue Reading ABLE Clothing Review by a Middle-Aged Midsize Woman
Not a very exciting day. After yoga had just a few minutes to throw on “real clothes” and then we ran multiple errands – the grocery, drop off a cooler at a friend’s house, get the dog’s pills, visit the bank, hit up Target and Home Depot… that glamorous suburban life. this is funny! i wondered if you live in D.C. when i saw you refer to “the Metro” in one of your posts! i live in NOVA, and this is *so* true!
this is my first time on your blog. i need HELP! with my wardrobe, and I Googled “Mommy fashion Blogs” and yours came up! i’ll be watching your blog for help, now that I know about your posts, and we’re in the same geographic area (so same weather and stores!)
haha, as soon as it started I knew it was the same guy who did the Arlington Rap. Hilarious.
the arlington rap is also money.
but yes, this metro one is so spot-on!
Oh this made me laugh, gonna make G watch it when he gets home! Any time we go into D.C. we take the metro (unless we’re going to dinner where there’s valet). I think the best part of taking it is watching the tourists who have never been on a freakin’ subway system before. It’s not hard, but damn do they get perplexed.
