Marshall's – Indigo merino cardigan sweater (some brand with Carolle in it and it was less than $20)
Gap – White ribbed tank
Marshall's – Random black pants I got for $16.  Nothing spectacular – not lined, no pockets but they are machine washable and did I mention only $16?  Oh, and they fit this weird postpartum body?

Banana Republic – Black leather strappy slingbacks
My silver necklace and cuff

My hair is… I think it was wet in this picture and I don't have a face shot to describe my makeup but it wasn't anything terribly inventive.  A pretty basic and boring outfit, though I am loving this indigo/bright navy color lately.  Bright enough to contrast with black and I think a pretty good color with my complexion.

No picture on Friday, I wore my ivory top with the printed trim from Language Los Angeles (which is on sale at Nordstrom) and a pair of jeans.  It was rainy out.  Bleh.

  1. Allie – I had the same feeling of having a ‘weird post-partum body’ with my first. It did eventually get back to normal, which is a ‘new’ normal (curvier) but I like it. I eventually reached a point after the birth of my second where I embraced it and decided it was no longer weird and now I really actually prefer it this way! (of course, I did and still do work out as much as possible, eat healthy, etc, I do all I can while accepting)

Anyways, I think you look great!
