Husband: Hey, want me to take your picture for your blog? Me: Thanks Beeb, that would be great! I have been such a slacker with photos… Husband: They say you look thinner if you take pictures from above… Ha ha, very funny. Here I am with Emerson before heading out to the car, it’s fun…

Turtlenecks are nice and safe and work-appropriate, especially when they are a size XL and in Ann Taylor you are only an L. So I wore my salmon merino turtleneck from Ann Taylor, my curvy fit bootcut jeans from Gap (jeans are the norm on Fridays at my office), black boots from Enzo and that’s…

Thanks Tiffany!
So rock-n-roll. You look fabulous!
Thank you Dee!
LOVE this look! Totally appeals to my rocker chic self. You look fantastic!
Thanks Deb!
Lovin’ the jacket on you! And, I see, you managed to replace your tee 🙂
Yes! Though honestly this one doesn’t compare. It’s stiffer, it’s cut like a classic Hanes t-shirt, and it has even more crazy of washing instructions. I’ve stretched out the neck and hems to give it more of a relaxed/vintage feel.
I really like this jacket from StellaCarakasi—usually I feel that their items are so unstructured—but this jacket looks fabulous on you! Very rocker chic! jodie

Your shoes! You’ve been sprung from Chelsea Boot prison! And rocking a really cool look.
Not completely… this was too soon and I felt it and had to change. However, this weekend I have worn very low block heels. Baby steps!
