Product Review: Clinique Supermoisture Makeup – Good stuff! I mean, I have never been disappointed in Clinique foundations, but this one is hydrating without slipping all over, kept a natural yet finished look all day, and didn't feel heavy, smell funny, or really feel like anything was on my skin. The color blended nicely – the sample I received I didn't think would be a good match (seemed too yellow) but it blended beautifully and even in natural light there was hardly a difference between my face and neck color or texture. This would be a great winter foundation when my skin gets so dry and sensitive. I guess it's so new, it's not even on the Clinique website? Luckily I found it on Nordstrom.

I’ve been a fan of SOREL boots for a long while, so when they asked me to style a pair of their current collection for fall, I was thrilled. While I own some sturdy snow boots, I always wanted something with a bit more… style, but could still handle the elements. Enter the Joan of…
Sorry for being MIA, I had a mini-Staycation and tried to stay as much offline as possible. The Staycation (Friday through Tuesday) wasn’t super exciting, but it was just what the doctor ordered! My goals for the time off were to stay in track with Weight Watchers, move my body every day (at least a…

Dressing in the dark – I got to work at 6:45am this morning. Blech. Pictures taken at the bathroom at work. Super big scarf from H&M, black merino short-sleeved dress from Banana Republic over dark straight jeans from NYDJ, gray shoes from Miz Mooz, silver hoops and cuff, hair in messy updo, makeup basic, with…
Just an FYI, the dentist (saw her this AM) is very happy with my “plaque maintenance,” but says I need to wear my NTI night guard on a more regular basis or else I may have no bottom teeth in a couple of years. I am a flossing and brushing diva, but somehow lost my…
I agree about the Clinique Supermoisture makeup – I received a reasonable-sized sample in a local Clinique store here in New Zealand yesterday. Mine was a bit too dark – probably matched to the bronzer-touched bits on my face instead of the actual skintone, but I will be going back for a full-sized tube in a shade lighter! Great product, eh!
BTW, I love the purple dress on you, as well as the slightly darker hair colour.
You know I finally ordered those same shoes in brown and I wear them all the time. They are HIGH heels, but I feel like such a lady. And I can’t help but describe them as my croco peeptoe heels. Haha!
pretty dress!!!!
Red looks so good on you with this new haircolor! You have that pin-up girl vibe when wearing red.
