Jacket: Gap | Tank: Caslon (similar) | Scarf: Ann Taylor (similar) | Jeans: c/o Gap | Boots: DUO (similar) I swore I wouldn’t buy anything I didn’t need, and I guess I don’t actually NEED this jacket… but when I saw this jacket I did fall pretty hard. Dresses up and down well, the fabric…
Well it’s perfectly lovely for me to make a collage and tell you how about my real-life capsule wardrobe… but isn’t it better to actually see the clothes being worn, mixed and matched? If you’re not following me on Instagram now is a good time as I am showing my outfits almost every day, mentioning…
Jacket: Ann Taylor (similar) | Tank: Ann Taylor (similar) | Scarf: Express (similar) | Skirt: Halogen (similar) | Tights: DKNY | Booties: Nine West I worked for Express from 1997 – 2001 and during that time I think they had some of their very best collections. To this day, I still have fabulous dresses, leather…
Dress: Felicity & Coco | Jacket: Hinge | Tights: Nordstrom | Booties: Nine West | Silver cuff | Lipstick: Revlon Matte in Wine Not I love me some ponte knit. I think that’s pretty clear from reading even one post of this blog. I wrote about needing a new photographer’s assistant dress and was hoping…
Top: LOFT | Skirt: LOFT | Bag: Latico | Shoes: Nine West | Sunglasses: Ray-Ban Some days are longer than others and it’s nice when your outfit lasts as long as you do. On this day I got to work at 7am, left early for a doctor’s appointment, stopped by Union Market in DC to…
I wore this suit to the Rebelle Con and showcased it in this blog post. It’s an awesome suit but not really the thing I’d wear on a daily basis. When my friend Elizabeth invited me to a summer soiree she was hosting at the Omni Shoreham and the weather was a bit cooler than…
sheesh, you guys are harsh on meyer. don’t need to put it down to make up for loving it. i am wishing she’d finish midnight sun.
My sister has the CD so she let me burn a copy. A great collection of music!
I read the series, all the while wishing that someone with the ability to write well had been gifted with that engrossing story. Despite my aggravation with Meyer’s apparent lack of a thesaurus, I have to admit the books were hard to put down.
I like the book, but I loooooooooove the cd. PJ is my fave. Glad you enjoy it too.
I was like you and held off on reading the books and then read them in a flash! I thought they were just great!
Huh! Snuck the books away from my teenage daughter and was immediately hooked. And I, an English Lit major….
I think the pages of Twilight are laced with cocaine, that must be why the books are so addicting.
Thanks for the heads up on Friday and wearing red.
“poorly written, juvenile, boring”
SO TRUE. But I read all four and loved them. 😀
Ahh…the Twilight fever! I was late to the party on this one too, but like you, I got hooked and once I started I could not stop reading! On book 4, I started reading it at about 10pm and at 5:30am when hubs got up for work he said “Have you been reading all night?!” Yes, I did. I finished it though, a few minutes later!
For sure! I wear reed every year for that and would be happy to spread the word! 🙂
what a cutie pie!
Hey Allie- quick favor to ask- could you maybe participate in the “go red” awareness campaign by posting about your intent to wear red on Friday for National “wear red for women” day- it’s to increase awareness to heart disease. I actually did a blog post about it over at my wardrobe blog- Would love to spread the word across the blogosphere! Wouldn’t it be cool if a bunch of wardrobe bloggers posted their red outfits for the occasion?
Thanks! And have a great day!
