Okay, I am totally writing this while a winter storm warning is coming for my area but this is about my favorite swimsuit. I love fun swimsuits, sexy swimsuits, statement swimsuits, and suits that suck in and lift up. But to be honest, the Lands’ End Tugless has been a mainstay in my wardrobe for… Continue Reading What I Wore: My Favorite Swimsuit
Teal knit kimono dress from Target, pale aqua ribbed tank from Caslon underneath. Teal suede wedges from Seychelles. Silver, green and aqua earrings from Express. Hair was washed, conditioned, then a bit of Sebastian Mud applied to it wet. Blown dry while twisting sections and a bit of scrunching. Blew the bangs straight. Then took… Continue Reading Monday
Same dress as yesterday, same hair, same makeup! the only change is that I am wearing my silver cuff bracelet and a silver and seagreen glass bead necklace from Target. I also tossed my black Naturalizer flats in my bag because I am joining my company’s Walking Club for 20 minute walks at lunch. Hair… Continue Reading Monday
If you attend cabi’s The Scoop conference, they have a huge room dedicated to shopping previous seasons of their clothing. The prices are amazing and you can find some real gems you may have missed out when they were in stock. I saw this sweater and HAD to have it. I loved the subtle camo… Continue Reading What I Wore: Weekend Warrior
Stop by there are some really great pieces; I also am selling some unused beauty products that I had in my possession for more than 50% off the current price at stores and some jewelry! When reader Grace mentioned in my last post’s comments that I usually dress up on this blog I asked my husband to snap a couple pics this weekend of my casual look. I am one to dress up whenever possible (yep, I’m the chick in the heels and dress at every shower, party, and family… Continue Reading My Wardrobe Today – Weekend Wear May 31, 2011
sheesh, you guys are harsh on meyer. don’t need to put it down to make up for loving it. i am wishing she’d finish midnight sun.
My sister has the CD so she let me burn a copy. A great collection of music!
I read the series, all the while wishing that someone with the ability to write well had been gifted with that engrossing story. Despite my aggravation with Meyer’s apparent lack of a thesaurus, I have to admit the books were hard to put down.
I like the book, but I loooooooooove the cd. PJ is my fave. Glad you enjoy it too.
I was like you and held off on reading the books and then read them in a flash! I thought they were just great!
Huh! Snuck the books away from my teenage daughter and was immediately hooked. And I, an English Lit major….
I think the pages of Twilight are laced with cocaine, that must be why the books are so addicting.
Thanks for the heads up on Friday and wearing red.
“poorly written, juvenile, boring”
SO TRUE. But I read all four and loved them. ๐
Ahh…the Twilight fever! I was late to the party on this one too, but like you, I got hooked and once I started I could not stop reading! On book 4, I started reading it at about 10pm and at 5:30am when hubs got up for work he said “Have you been reading all night?!” Yes, I did. I finished it though, a few minutes later!
For sure! I wear reed every year for that and would be happy to spread the word! ๐
what a cutie pie!
Hey Allie- quick favor to ask- could you maybe participate in the “go red” awareness campaign by posting about your intent to wear red on Friday for National “wear red for women” day- it’s to increase awareness to heart disease. I actually did a blog post about it over at my wardrobe blog- Would love to spread the word across the blogosphere! Wouldn’t it be cool if a bunch of wardrobe bloggers posted their red outfits for the occasion?
Thanks! And have a great day!
